π Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- Β½ onion, sliced
- 2β3 tbsp water (for steaming veggies)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok.
- Stir-fry chicken over high heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- SautΓ© Veggies:
- Add remaining oil to the pan.
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add all veggies. Stir-fry for 3β4 minutes, then add a splash of water and cover for 2 minutes to steam slightly.
- Combine & Sauce:
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce.
- Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Serve:
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
