If you love ravioli but want something light, healthy, and insanely cheesy, Cheesy Zucchini Ravioli is your perfect match! This recipe replaces pasta sheets with fresh zucchini and packs a creamy 3-cheese filling that melts in every bite. It’s perfect for quick dinners, weekend cravings, and even party starters.


📝 Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini (thin slices)
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Marinara / Pasta sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh Basil (optional, for garnish)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Wash zucchini and slice them very thin (round or long strips both work).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta + mozzarella + parmesan + egg + garlic + seasoning + salt + pepper.
  3. Take 2 zucchini slices and add 1 spoon cheese mixture between them (like mini sandwiches).
  4. Heat a pan, add olive oil, and sear both sides for 1–2 minutes until soft.
  5. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place zucchini ravioli on top.
  6. Add extra mozzarella for ultimate cheesiness.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, till cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parmesan and fresh basil. Serve hot!
