Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Cake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and line two round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add hot water and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into the pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cakes cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Strawberry Filling
- In a pan, add chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until slightly thick.
